A woman working for an older woman, seeks ways to rid herself of the obnoxious employer, but ultimately finds that fate has plans of its own.

My mother constantly tells my sisters and I, and anyone else present, how she’s seen ghosts and how my sister’s house is haunted. I believe it’s utter tosh, but she won’t be swayed.
Weaving details of some of the stories she’s told into the fabric of a spooky tale, featuring members of my family, was great fun.
